RIVERS:

THE "RIO" SERIES

This group of artworks began with the moment my family was propelled into the next generation:  the birth of my first grandchild.

For a few years prior, I had been collaborating with two colleagues on a series with the theme of "river".  My grandson's name is Hilario, an honored family name.  As life often intersects with art, he is called "Rio".
