IN SITU

THE "IN SITU" SERIES OF DRAWINGS BEGAN AS A RESPONSE TO THE NECESSITY OF BEING CONFINED WITHIN THE HOUSE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. EACH DRAWING FEATURED A WINDOW, WITH THE VIEW OUTSIDE RENDERED IN COLOR AND THE INTERIOR SURROUNDINGS IN BLACK AND WHITE. THE GRAPHITE AND COLORED PENCIL DRAWINGS BECAME A REFLECTION ON THE MEANING OF "PLACE".
